Keto Diet: A high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet designed to induce ketosis, a metabolic state where the body burns fat for fuel.
Paleo Diet: Based on foods presumed to have been available to humans during the Paleolithic era, focusing on meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds while excluding processed foods, grains, legumes, and dairy.
